Business was unable to accept my vehicle at the prescribed time and never notified me. Second appt took another week to make. On the day of the 2nd appt, despite leaving a voicemail that I was on my way, they never bothered to inform me that they could not accept the vehicle. The next day they accomplished 1 of the 3 tasks that I asked them to perform and said they couldn't complete the other two because they're equipment couldn't handle my vehicle. Been waiting almost three weeks for an oil change and they couldn't even perform that simple task.

We live in pewaukee and daughter neglected her maintenance on auto so we wanted it removed you simply send them your year make and model and address and they schedule a time to take it.
