First time using this place. Get weighed in and guy says he'll radio someone to come help. We had a 5x8 trailer loaded with random stuff. Thanked him and headed to unload. No one came to help. We ended up doing it all ourselves. Weighed 1480 and got $89. When checking out mentioned we had more stuff and we'd have to cut it down so we could handle it. Lady inside says how all we have to do is ask and they'd help. We'll, why did no one come assist this time when it was told we'd get it? Leaving before us was a semi who didn't check his trailer before he left. Had stuff dangling over the side. Hope no one got hurt from it.

I called and was told he would pick up my old flood damaged van at 2PM, At 2 he called to say he was delayed and would arrive at 3.30PM. He hooked on to the van and had a very hard pull from the mud. His winch battery went dead, and he would return later that day. He called and said he had problems and would return in the AM. Next AM he called saying he was on the way. With much difficulty he dragged my old van up on his trailer. Notice, he kept in touch, showed up when he said. That kind of customer care is very rare today. 5stars. Mike Brown
