I had a 2006 Mazda3 that I needed to junk because the frame was too badly rotted to be safe to drive, and it was too expensive to fix. I had the hardest time trying to get someone to even respond to my messages, let alone actually see the car Luckily my wife found Pettey! Adam was awesome! He responded very shortly after contacting him, and he was very responsive throughout the transaction. They gave me a very fair price! Adam came by when we were ready and was very kind, respectful and professional. I was very anxious as to how it would go because I can be very awkward at times, which works against me. This was a very smooth transaction, and although my wife and I will miss "big red" (what we called the Mazda), I would use Pettey again in a heartbeat. Al was great. He was very professional, prompt and took our car away within a few minutes. He gave us top dollar for our 2002 Dodge Caravan. It was a pleasure meeting him. Called to get info for a junking a vehicle and I'm DISGUSTED by how rude the "gentleman" who answered the phone was. Not at all the way to do business. Called at 3pm during the week and you would have thought I woke him in the dead of night on a weekend. Don't even bother calling this one!
