They sent someone out who completed the proper DMV forms and I was paid what I was quoted on phone. Hands Down Best Customer service I have received. My vehicle was Stolen and found Dismantled down to its shell, No tow company wanted to take the car and were making it very hard to get the help needed Even when I told them I dint want any funds because I knew the condition the car was in, I just wanted the car removed from the Area were it was Found .
