Would not buy any interior parts from them again. Seems they price all of their seats the same, regardless of condition, and they don't make the slightest effort to keep them in good shape once they're entered into their inventory. I bought a driver's seat from them for around $180. When I went to pick it up, it had permanent imprints in the vinyl from when they carelessly overtightened some straps to keep it on the pallet. It was also quite dusty, you'd think an expensive seat would have been wrapped up in plastic to keep it clean. Alright, no big deal, the damage isn't that bad and it's still much better than my current seat. After taking a closer look later at home, it was clear that this seat was removed from a vehicle that was infested with German Cockroaches. Everything underneath was covered in webs and insects remains, disgusting. I also found they broke off a plastic trim piece and "fixed" it with a zip tie.

I can’t get in contact with them the number on the site isn’t in use and I can’t find them on any social media.

Today, I was physically assaulted by the owner of Faulks Auto Parts and Towing. I went to pick up my vehicle after it had been towed, and upon inspection, I noticed that it had damages and warning lights on the dash. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to being towed. When I asked about the damages, the owner used vulgar language and told me to leave. The situation escalated, and the owner pushed me to the floor. I have taken the necessary steps to file a police report and am deeply concerned about the damages to my vehicle. I have every right to be upset about the situation.

This place is outstanding, the owner and the workers here are kind hearted and are looking out for you, not taking advantage of you. The owner himself is an honest, reasonable guy and has done some awesome favors for me out of kindness. They go the extra mile and I am a lifetime, and repeat customer!

I installed cameras here. The have indoor inventory, they can also get parts from yard all over the US. Very competitive prices on rims for a final 500 oldsmobile. Find me a replacement I've I had the style number so I knew what to order.
