Nice and had what I needed at lowest price around.. I would suggest to go to them first before looking elsewhere for automotive needs. They're in the business of saving people money and that's exactly what they did for me now my vehicle runs good as new. Thanks guys! Give yourselves a pat on the back. Very helpful and had the rear glass we had been searching for for a month. Had a little bit of a wait while the glass was salvaged off the vehicle, but they had told us it would be at least an hour, so we were able to drive downtown and catch a few sites. Good experience with this shop.

The lady in the office was really nice. However I will drive 500 miles if need be for a part before I ever go back. As the surviving spouse of a Vietnam veteran with full benefits. I asked if there was a military discount. The part was 25 and tax added came out to 27 and some change. The man's tone of voice when I asked about the discount and when he said ....27 and the change was a discount. His tone made me want to shove the part where the sun don't shine. If you are military please don't support this business. Plenty of places who will.
I mean really? This establishment is just an cesspool of unprofessional employees and crooked upper management. I will never again be taken advantage of from this location. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Save your time and avoid UAR at all cost. It’s not worth the stress you will most definitely endure if you decide to shop for parts here.

Nice people but my car had to literally be towed less than 1 mile and I was absolutely overcharged. Hope to never have to get my car towed again but if I do I will find any other local towing company, not this one.
