This place rarely has common parts that are compatible throughout the entire GM full-size truck and SUV line. Today I asked if he had a coil pack and I was told no. Each truck/suv comes with 8 of them. I was basically told no before I even had a chance to finish my question. I also inquired about a skid plate as well as tail lights. I wanted an aluminum plate to replace my plastic one as the option changed from year to year. He wouldn't let me take a look in his yard to see if there was anything else I might want. He said that he doesn't do that. It's almost like the owner doesn't want to make any money. I have ran into the same situation and response every time I try to get a part from here. Highly frustrating when I can see the skid plate on a truck that I want through the fence and the owner tells me that he doesn't have any. I did purchase I nice hood from here last year. A little bit over priced but a nice part.

Needed a part I couldn't find anywhere. The dealership wouldn't sell me the part alone and they requested $200 for a diagnostic and $2k to repair the part. I found Veldman's online, gave them a call and they were able to work with me and get the part shipped to me all the way up to Canada! Great customer service and communication. Got the part quickly and was able to fix my car myself saving me over $1800. Thanks again guys

I had a 2000 Buick Regal gauge cluster rebuilt. It costed $90, it didn't work when I brought it in. And less then 2 hrs they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I brought it home and put it in my car and works like it supposed to. They was very friendly to deal with and if I have any issues with another one I'll be sure to return. Thanks again Rick for getting it done in a timely fashion.

Big sign advertising open 7 days a week but they closed Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. I saw a big and tall person inside with yellow shirt just walking around . Try calling ext #4 no answer . what a clowns.

I tried returning a part that I purchased for $350 (free shipping). They then informed me that I had to pay the return and original shipping fee. Talked to the delivery company and they said where I don't have an account with them, it's estimated over $450 in delivery charges. This company is not transparent and uses deceptive business practices to lure customers into a false sense of security. Comment to owner reponse: I accept I have to pay for a mistake, however, you could directly charge the customer the significantly lower rate of return shipping as an account holder with the transport company and quickly handle it so people wont have to spend more for the return cost than the part they ordered.

Have been here for 5 years i have known Dave for years. Earl is the same sarcastic guy that I excepted him to be. The whole crew there is amazing the kid who helped me unload the trailer was a beast. I'll drive by every scrap yard just to go here thanks again for the wonderful service and be safe guys.
