I have had multiple starters and alternators rebuilt here, and all work great. Much more affordable than buying rebuilt from parts stores. Almost always same day service and my money stays local ,rather than going to a non local corporation . They also have a good selection of good used auto parts. I like dealing with fair and honest local small business owners. Go see Denny to get more for your money.
Favorite yard in central Iowa, hands down. Reasonable prices, and a super fun trip to take if you love old cars. Anything old seems to stick around forever, the way ALL yards should operate. Highly recommended!!

Although you might expect a pretty rough experience surrounding a metal recycling center, Bell salvage has consistently provided good, friendly service. The location isn't pretty or clean, but what would you expect from a salvage yard? Even in the yard, the staff has clearly provided information and been friendly. Plus, it's always nice to leave someplace with a little extra cash in your pocket after getting rid of some unwanted trash.
I needed a Rim for my sons car. Annie was terrific, she found all sorts of options, she gave me great feedback based on her experiences and kept me in the loop during the entire buying experience because it wasn’t something they had in stock. I needed the part shipped to another location and Annie handled all of this for me and even followed up with the vendor to give me the tracking number.
