My car engine died, working with a mechanic, we decided getting new, refurbished and even a junkyard motor didn't make sense on an 8-year-old, high milage car. I started an online search for how to dispose of a "junk" car. I received dozens of replies. Though not quite the highest offer ($100 diff) dealing with Jim made me comfortable with the process and more confident that there no scams or gimmicks connected with his offer. After deciding to use Kelly and specifically deciding to work with Jim, the process was exactly as he described. I'd work with Jim at Kelly Car Buyers again, though hopefully, that won't happen. The worst place to go to pick up a car, only two trucks and the wait is more than 40 minutes and without reducing the time and also the office is empty, if you try to see why they do not notify you to arrest you, they always treat you well evil. I recommend that if you can avoid this place do it

I stopped by on January 27th, 2023. The sign on the door stated that they closed to the public on November 1st. It went on to state that they were "remodeling" the yard and would reopen in a few months. I believe that they buy junk cars at this location, but they don't sell parts. If you are looking to buy parts, call first to see if they have reopened. They don't mention the closure on Facebook or their website.

I highly recommend them. They were honest with and treated me like family. Received a good amount for my vehicle.

Fast and simple experience!

My car was sitting in storage for 2 years and it was time to let it go. I called TMI and the service was seamless! Very easy and they came to my home and picked up the junk car. Cash within 15 mins. Thank you again gentlemen!

They junked my BMW for the best price. My catalytic converter was stolen a year ago so I had to replace with an aftermarket catalytic converter which caused the quote to be lower. I forgot to mention the catalytic replacement on the phone … but still I got paid the best price

I wish I could give negative stars for the most ignorant way I was treated and the joke of customer service from Tommy ( the new owner) is after my car was towed here due to a driver falling asleep and hitting me on the expressway. My car was towed since the ambulance took me to the hospital. I called to inquire about the process for getting my car out of the tow yard and Tommy the new owner with a curt ignorant attitude said, “well you owe me money!” I was just involved in a very scary accident that turned my entire day upside down and this is how I was spoken to. I am appalled to know that the Chobar’ name is being tarnished by this low class excuse of a business owner. I know for a fact that Mr. Chobar would be appalled to know what has happened to his respectable business. Oh and really 325 cash only to tow my car 5 miles what a joke
