very pocket friendly. frequent turnover of vehicles in the yard. you have to act fast on popular cars they get picked apart fast but they know what people are looking for and are always purchasing cars with the customers in mind. I was able to purchase a cheap fixable car from them and fix it with parts from there yard!

The best place with the kindest most fun people!! Larry knew her prices without hesitation and was very helpful! Clifford greeted me and made the whole start process of finding what I need just easy and carefree. Chris the owner was so personable and friendly And friendly Just amazing service Devin helped me in the pool yard get my parts and was so kind and generous and I haven't met Marcus yet but I can hear from them that he's just as amazing. If you ever need help and need parts this is definitely the place I would go looking for them!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I had the pleasure of speaking with Janette. With her wonderful southern twang, she not only spoke with me about their salvaging pricing and policies, but we also spoke at length for the pure fun of it! She is truly an amazing human being. I am very happy with my experience. If a company can keep such a personable, caring, and funny person around, you know they are doing something right.

Dealt with Monica on my Hummer H3 parts. She is literally such a blessing for this company to have on their front lines. She was personable, helpful, and assisted me with my purchase on great used salvage parts. Literally fantastic in every conceivable way. Great place to do business with, and fair prices, with good deals on bulk purchases. Highly recommended.

I purchased an engine and transmission from them. Installed the pair, and the transmission was bad. I had to remove the transmission and get a refund for it. I am out 10 hours of labor, fluid and programming cost. Car it came out of was wrecked in the front hard. They replaced the broken trans pan when they pulled it without notifying me. I know this since the TCM under the pan had a large chip taken out of it and the fasteners were out of place. That was my first and last purchase from this place. Reply from Town and Country Response: What a strange, and totally false response from you. I personally installed this transmission being licensed by the State of Michigan as a mechanic for >20 years with automatic transmission as one of my certs. Trans was installed using Mercon LV fluid, cooler was flushed, transmission adaptive shifts were reset and the solenoid shift strategies were programmed into the PCM utilizing a Cardaq J2534 connected through FJDS to Motorcraft website. It was installed 100% by the book. The transmission was aerating fluid you sold me, I believe its from a broken internal filter or a bad pump. I have attached pictures showing how hard the car was hit Town and Country Pulled it out of. This transmission should have NEVER been sold in my opinion. You can also see the TCM cracked if you zoom in on the left upper part of the trans. You can also see the aerated fluid in that same picture.
