Not a bad place to visit if you know the part you are looking for. I had tonfic my door handel on my old ford. I eas able to get it way cheaper than buying it on line a d I know the fit was correct because I took it off the same year of vehicle.

Pretty clean for a u pull it. Good variety for such a small town.

Parts are super expensive, they handle to you dirty and their customer service is garbage, i would rather go inter-mountain auto parts that they don't charge a pulling fee on top of the part and the parts are actually WAY CHEAPER ! with a professional customer service willing to help you out or at least workout a price with you.. These salvage yards pay dime for those wreck cars and they sell you the part the same it will cost new on EBAY or the dealer itself ! ridiculous

My experience was quick and easy. I called and talked to them for about five minutes to get the quote. We set up an appointment for them to come and get my car — that is when I signed the title over to them and was paid in cash. I would recommend them.

I think some your prices are fair, but what I don't understand is why you don't give some incentive for customers to buy more parts. For example I bought a door and got a good deal on it., That's all I needed. I wanted to buy more parts, but just couldn't justify paying upwards of 300 for interior components that were inbetter shape than mine, I wanted that complete interior, but I honestly don't think I'll have this car for 3 more years. Had that complete interior been 100.00 I would have had the incentive to pull more parts, I have a good idea that those interior parts will end up in the crusher and that's a travisty to the recycling community. Staff was friendly, I felt a little disenfranchised when your cashier disassembled my door to see if I was stealing. I also saw them checking bags of customers in front of me. You need to figure another means of belittling your customers. If a customer has a bag with 1 cu. Ft of space and your worried that they stole something then maybe you should not be so concerned with that. It's not like they're sticking an alternator in there. If they want to steal a 4 dollar part let that be their conscious decision and they can live with the guilt. It just looks bad on you when you start searching bags imo. Staff is friendly admission at 1.00 is cheaper than competition and I'm okay with that. It's not easy running a business so thanks for being there.

Best place for used parts and the staff is very friendly and helpful to pull your parts for you. I got my parts for both my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder MAF Sensor and PCM as well as for my sister in law 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser power steering hose and reservoir.

I would be giving them 5 stars. Take your TIME at checkout. Check the PRICE of each item. All sales FINAL without paying 20% extra for the warranty. I didn't want to hold everyone up in line. So I didn't look through the price of each item until after I paid for my purchase, but before I left I went through my receipt. Everything was reasonable except for 1 item. I didn't want to pay $11 for this part I thought would only be a couple of bucks. I waited until they were done with the customers in line to discuss my issue. They wouldn't even consider refunding me the money for that item. 😤 NO REASONING. I asked, "SO YOU WOULD RATHER ME LEAVE DISSATISFIED?" I was so frustrated. I started swearing 🤬 at them. That was wrong. -I want to apologize for my actions- I looked forward to returning in the future, but now I'm NEVER RETURNING.

Now that Pull-N-Save no longer does half price Wednesdays, this yard has the best prices in Salt Lake. Row52 inventory integration makes it incredibly easy to check if they have what I need. I really like that they post their upcoming vehicles for the week in the lobby. Their facilities are usually the cleanest, and they provide hand washing sinks (why the other yards don't do this is bizarre). Vehicles are placed on stands made from welded wheels, standard practice, very stable, makes getting parts from under the vehicle painless. However, nearly every single wheel has been pulled from the yard, there is absolutely nothing to use to stand on to access an engine compartment from the top. God help you if you need a part from a truck that requires top down access like a cylinder head and aren't 8 feet tall, you just aren't going to get it. It regularly takes 20 minutes to check in or out. None of the other yards have the endemic staffing issues this place does, with always at least 3 people working registers rather than one person pulling triple duty with check in and check out and parts interchange. Update Sept 2020: Staffing issues still not addressed, once again took over ten minutes to check out despite being the only person in line to pay because cashier was pulling triple duty with answering phones, parts interchange, check-in and check out. Needed to pull several engines, out of nine possible donor vehicles seven had their engines pulled out, flipped upside down, and smashed across the hood of the car destroying anything of value inside the engine compartment. Why even bother running a you-pull if you're just going to destroy everything before placing it in the yard? Crush the cars and don't waste anyone's time. Asked and was told it's how they remove cats. This is a recent change, you didn't used to do this. I've been to parts yards across the country, no other yard does this. You need a new foreman or general manager. It's unlikely I'll be back, there are plenty of other parts yards in Salt Lake that aren't run like a complete clown show.
