I go to make a drop very friendly courteous and polite almost wish the rest of the town was as friendly am well mannered I do have a little issue with some of the pricing but it is what it is I don't have any problem tecomemdimg there business

Tried to put me together with a transmission, I paid for one with 105k miles, when I got there to pick it up after driving 3 hours I realized they tried to give me a different one with 151k, fortunately I ran a Carfax and caught it in time. They said that they did the refund immediately the following day after seeing nothing in my PayPal account decided to contact PayPal just to find out that they hadn't even started the refund process. Very dishonest people running that business.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about their trade; office was on point w/ my money and quick to get me on my way. Thanks Southeastern, I appreciated your hard work

Very friendly. They have GGGREAT customer service. For years now i've received the best rates. They get you in and out as fast as they can. I prefer this scrap metal place. I Highly recommend it.

Bets experience I have ever had at a scrapyard hands down! if you have never been to a scrap yard it can be a very intimidating experience. large machinery and trucks moving around and it always terrible if not downright rude service if you are not familiar with how it works. This place is the rare exception. Staff is very polite and helpful. they even help you unload your truck. They always pay higher than anywhere in the surrounding area. Elbert County is fortunate to have this great business here!
