I sold a car to them. Worst experience I've ever had. They took the car but would pay me for it. They said the car was checked in their lot but wasn't in the computer so they can't pay for it, untill its in the computer. The manager told me he was calling corporate to figure it out and would call me right back but never did. So I called them and the staff told me he went to lunch. Very unprofessional, very rude, took way too much energy and time. Finally got the check after 3 days of calling between corporate and the Springfield location. Staff member "Kenny" was very rude on the phone and left me on hold for over an hour. Staff seemed to be on drugs and very disrespectful.
