Got everything around hit directions on maps took me to the owner instead of yard 3 rd time it's happened he said...can't you change it? Asked him what time scales closed 430 he said 30 min from his house 5.19 a gallon almost there finally get an answer and I'm told we close them at 4 take it up with Google...519 a gallon was at the owners but we couldn't of worked something out..smh and I was excited to see what u guys was all about and I see it's not the customer!!!

I had a bunch of old metal that I needed cleaned up. Called Chestnut Metal Recycling and they were quick with a large dumpster to take care of all my needs. After I was done I called them, they came to pick up the dumpster AND told me I had money from all the scrap metal. This was a win, win for me! Will definitely use these guys again. Greg made it easy and their prices are the best in town. Thanks guys.

It was my first time looking for a company who can come get my van that I don't use anymore. I called up Michiana Junkers and was greeted by a friendly employee, I told him my make of vehicle and he quoted me a great price. He said he would arrive around 30mins, literally 10mins later he arrived. If you have these questions. Here they are saves you from calling them and they telling you abruptly over the phone they can't take your junk car. Do I need a title to junk it? Yes Do I have to be the owner of the car even if I have title? Yes I was trying to junk a car that my uncle left when he moved to a new country and he parked it in my yard abandoned for over 5 years now and I just don't know how to get rid of it I don't even really care if I get some money or 5 dollars to get rid of it. I just want it gone and this company didn't want to.

Really don't like leaving 1 star reviews but after dealing with the guys at the non Ferris metals side it's needed. Brought in 338 lbs of automotive wiring harness still in sheathing and with all the connectors and such. When calling before hand was told it would be $.80-$1/lb same with other yards as it's classed as #2 Insulated wire but has done business scrapping the shells of the cars harness came from at Paul's without issues befoe. Upon arrival it was graded as Christmas lights at $.15/lb. Management didn't care and also refused to return the harness though a ticket had not been cashed out as it has already started being processed less then 20 minutes after dropping off also refused to let me walk back to see that it had been started even offered to sign any waiver required. Auto yard itself is pretty nice with a decent though gets very muddy and messy.

They were awesome! I called yesterday morning, spoke with Shannon and she set up someone from Buchanan to come get my junk car that day! Jerry the driver who came to pick up my vehicle was professional and friendly! He was here and gone in less than 10 mins! Cash on the spot! Thanks again so much!
