It was way easier than anticipated. So easy, I was hesitant about the entire process until it was over. It really was as simple as advertised. Set up a same day appointment for vehicle to be picked up. Anthony, the tow truck driver showed up when he said he would, was very nice and respectful and exceeded my expectations. Anthony was very helpful and was not disruptive while he was there. Took him five minutes to hook up and pull away. Highly recommend them
We had a great experience with this company. Very timely and efficient. Anthony came out to pick up our car and was literally one of the nicest people I've met. He was so helpful and friendly and deserves to be recognized. Hopefully the company is treating him how he deserves to be treated.
Transmission was purchased through dealership (metro auto) service was good when I picked it up but when the shop put it in the vehicle was only good enough to get home took it to another shop and they said the transmission is bad neither the dealership or the provider of the transmission was willing to do anything about it wasted money and time.
