From the time I called it was 1.5 hours of rush hour traffic/construction and Joey had driven out to me in Oakland County! He was a kind hearted, hard working, family man. Zein (Joey) was very professional and helped us out so much. He sat there and waited the whole time with us while the place that my boyfriends car was at took their sweet time to get his car. He was very considerate of my boyfriend and how he was feeling from the accident. Wonderful guy.
Transmission was purchased through dealership (metro auto) service was good when I picked it up but when the shop put it in the vehicle was only good enough to get home took it to another shop and they said the transmission is bad neither the dealership or the provider of the transmission was willing to do anything about it wasted money and time.
