Called Ace Auto Salvage on a Wednesday. Texted information on picking up my vehicle. Within 24 hours of initial contact my vehicle was removed. No problems no issues. Had previously called 3 other Salvage companies no one would pick up vehicle without jumping through loop-holes. Gentleman from Ace company did a fabulous job. Thank you for your great customer service.
Called Chase and told him what I had. He responded with a dollar amount, when he would pick it up, and he did exactly as he promised. Waaaaay more than I can say about the other 3 places called. Honest, on time and all around great experience. Thank you sir.
Service and friendliness was great. He quoted us a higher value than others we had called, and was here quickly, and was very friendly and helpful..

My car broke down over the christmas cold snap and I eventually decided to sell for scrap last week. Very short and easy negotiation. We arrived at a good price in 15 minutes. Tow truck came on time with cash in hand. Miguel, the driver, was incredibly polite. Good business.
This place is the worst place you could possibly do business with. I ordered an engine for a truck, they not only gave me the wrong engine twice, they also take you money up front and basically hold it until they find you a part that works. In my case, they never found one and after 7 weeks I gave up. So when i asked for a refund of $1,200, they said the owner will give me $100 cash and the rest is store credit. Now why would i want store credit from such a terrible company? I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me my money. Few months go by and they tried convincing my credit card company that I had already received the engine, which was far from the truth. Does this sound like a place you would trust your money with? There are many other options in the area. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Chase gave us a fair price for our vehicle. He was a great communicator and easy to work with. We will do business with him again if the opportunity presents itself.
Extremely helpful and communicative. Response time was fast. Answered a follow up question I had with very specific directions. (And very kindly and professionally) When I brought it in, the process was quick and seamless, but didn’t feel rushed or brusk. All around awesome experience.

Pretty happy with them. It is better if you sort your load out ahead of time if possible. Took a few minutes to chase down a guy to weigh brass and copper loads after I consolidated the loads on site at the quonset hut. The guys in the yard are decent to work with and the lady in the office was pleasant. Everything seemed reasonably fair in terms of payout.
