HIGHLY recommend. VERY responsive. We called and got voice mail but we didn't leave a message. (I know, bad on us.) But shortly after hanging up we got a text from them. Text simply asked for specific things about the car. We responded. A little back and forth with the texts. Found out they were on a pick up and couldn't answer. Very easy, everything was done via text. Driver was very friendly and courteous.

This place is the worst place you could possibly do business with. I ordered an engine for a truck, they not only gave me the wrong engine twice, they also take you money up front and basically hold it until they find you a part that works. In my case, they never found one and after 7 weeks I gave up. So when i asked for a refund of $1,200, they said the owner will give me $100 cash and the rest is store credit. Now why would i want store credit from such a terrible company? I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me my money. Few months go by and they tried convincing my credit card company that I had already received the engine, which was far from the truth. Does this sound like a place you would trust your money with? There are many other options in the area. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Called Ace Auto Salvage on a Wednesday. Texted information on picking up my vehicle. Within 24 hours of initial contact my vehicle was removed. No problems no issues. Had previously called 3 other Salvage companies no one would pick up vehicle without jumping through loop-holes. Gentleman from Ace company did a fabulous job. Thank you for your great customer service.
They were professional and got me cash for my junk car within the hr definitely recommend for anyone in the area looking for quick cash and speedy service.
