They were honest, fast, and friendly and I would recommend to anyone that is trying to sell there car for cash or purchase car parts to give Midtown your business. If they don't have the specific part that you want they will steer you in the right direction to get what you need. They really do put there customers above all. I salute you Ace Midtown.
AJ arrived on time, was kind and professional and made sure I got the highest amount possible of CASH for my car. We had good conversation while he worked to get my car ready to tow, and even let me pet his dog. He said I reminded him of his mother...on that note, I sent him home with fresh baked chicken, store- bought cookies, and a bottle of water. My vehicle's transmission failed aways from home. It was not worth fixing. Cash for Cars offered my 5 times what the local wrecking yard was going to pay me for my vehicle. I was not able to meet them to give them the title and keys, but I was able to leave these with the mechanic shop my van was parked at so the wrecker could get them when he picked up the van. They sent me the check that day via FedEx so I had it the next morning. I would use them again.
I called and they were there and my car sold within 1 hour, very good people and honest. I will only contact them if needed in future.

You picked up my son's car from us after his engine quit. Later that day (yesterday), he discovered there was a recall on the engines of that car, Hyundai Sonata. By then we were told it was too late and there was nothing you could do. I think you all should be aware of such things (recalls), and notify the customer prior to taking the car. It's just the respectable thing to do. It would have been a great help to a struggling young man.
My truck broke down on the way to work, in very cold temps. Called an officer who called Glen's. Within minutes the tow truck arrived. That was 7 am. By 9 am they called with the diagnosis. By 11 am my truck was fully repaired. Their driver was very polite and professional. The people in the office were also very professional. I was charged a very fair fee, and I would recommend this business to anyone. They have my future business.
