Customer service was very helpful and pro-active. They got my car and gave me a check less than 24 hours after my call. Towed it for free and I live over 70 miles away! The tow truck guy was even super friendly and professional...great experience all the way around! I will be using them again soon on my other dead car! Great experience!!!
They gave me a great price on my broken car (engine died). They had a tow truck out to meet my car just a few days after initial contact. A half hour later they had the car and I had a check. All very easy. If I have a car in the future that dies, I’ll be contacting these guys.
