Needed a transmission for one of our trucks, drove up 2 1/2 hrs and bought it, found out it was the wrong fit from the shop we took it to, so we had to return it. This place has been around for long time and usually has what your lookin for . They are very great at actually calling you back and informing you .. If you feel like you are being delayed its only because they are out looking for what u need and trying to come up with answers for you when they call you back with good news . very rarely do they not have something but it does happen every where with parts but they'sure do what they can to gather what you need .. Very nice friendly and helpful and honest
