I called ahead to confirm they had the part I was after. On the phone they told me they had 3 and that I could take my pick so I made the 1 hour drive. When I got there they actually had zero.

It was so very nice to have the gentleman there treat me with helpful respect. Even though they have no interest in Dodge parts, I was able to get a bowl full of the relays I have been seeking for weeks now.

This place has been around for long time and usually has what your lookin for . They are very great at actually calling you back and informing you .. If you feel like you are being delayed its only because they are out looking for what u need and trying to come up with answers for you when they call you back with good news . very rarely do they not have something but it does happen every where with parts but they'sure do what they can to gather what you need .. I called before 4pm and asked if they had a part on hand. I talked to Chris who said they had it. I get here to find out they can’t get the part pulled until tomorrow. I even offered to go and pull the part myself which is two bolts. All I get is no, no and no. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and this is some of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for the convenient location I wouldn’t have ever came here after my first visit. They overcharge, they can’t maintain the road or the parking lot. You’ll probably get a flat tire driving in and out. You’ve been warned.
