I cannot recommend these people enough. My crew came into town to move equipment and scrap a business. In a busy time, with labor and truck shortages, Lisa was able to get me a roll off, exactly the size we needed, in less than 3 hours. I couldn't have asked for a better time line, and under such pressure. Most of this industry is who you know, and these guys are the people to know.
I was in an unfortunate accident earlier today and my car was beyond repair. I was an anxious mess and stressed to the max. The staff was kind and understanding and made the whole process easy and comfortable. One of the repair men even recommended a local dealership to find myself a new car. Not to mention my boyfriend got a kick out of watching them crush my tin can... thank you guys for everything! I would definitely recommend them.

Don't deal with this company if you don't want to get jerked around for days n days, and nothing to show for it. They offer an amount, say they will send out for a tow. No show, no calls. I call and talk to several individuals saying they will get back to me. Nothing. Then have the nerve to try and renegotiate a price on the phone? Just a whole run around. I found a legit place in Elkhart instead. Don't waste your time.
Had my junk car scrapped today and they were very friendly, gave a good price, and were out within 2 hours to pick it up. The driver Jason was very nice and we would definitely sell here again!
I have bought several vehicles from Howards, all in good shape with fair pricing... And when I wrecked my car, the parts I bought were reasonably priced as well. They are honest and friendly people and make it easy to get what you need. I recommend them to everyone I know. 10/10

I had a cracked rim I had no idea what to do with. Someone told me to take it to Mr. Flowers and he'd buy it from me. He did indeed! I am a Kalamazoo native but I was sleep on this little spot! Mr. Flowers and his boys are some of the most polite businessmen I've met to date. No hassel, no complaints. Not only do they buy scrap rims they buy used cars (running and not) and will come pick it up! They sell tires as well as some parts. I have just learned about them, but trust I will continue to do business here. I'll call them first the next time I need somethingfor my car. #shoplocal
