So far having a good experience. Really lax it seems. Not exactly the utmost professionalism catering in customer services and satisfaction but hey it’s a junk yard. How boujie can one expect this to get? It all kinda boils down to “Eh Diaz, ya got this part?” “Ya I got the part?” “How much for the part Diaz? I got cash and a few brewskis.” And we’re good. Ya pay him and get the part or scram. If I need my @$! wiped I’ll get a room at the Hilton and go to charm school. So long as the part works we’re in business. Thanks Diaz. Or whoever I’ve been talking to around there. Been a pleasure.
I wouldn’t even give it a star. The person attending the calls tried to charge me more than what their system says and told me if I took out the part MYSELF he can leave it for the price as the system already had. Our customer gave wrong part information and now I can’t return it without getting charge extra and couldn’t get a receipt without getting charged extra as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Awesome customer service, Good Price and reliable. This is my first time at this location which to begin they had the better price for the vehicle part I was looking for out of 5 locations I had contacted. Now I was not to knowledgeable on the mechanisms and time it takes to replace the part I had just purchased. However thanks to the personal both in the front and the employees in the back that assisted in pulling the part I am glad to write this review for them and will recommend. *As being my first time there that's the reason I couldn't do 5.
