This is my first time at this location which to begin they had the better price for the vehicle part I was looking for out of 5 locations I had contacted. Now I was not to knowledgeable on the mechanisms and time it takes to replace the part I had just purchased. However thanks to the personal both in the front and the employees in the back that assisted in pulling the part I am glad to write this review for them and will recommend. *As being my first time there that's the reason I couldn't do 5. I wouldn’t even give it a star. The person attending the calls tried to charge me more than what their system says and told me if I took out the part MYSELF he can leave it for the price as the system already had. Our customer gave wrong part information and now I can’t return it without getting charge extra and couldn’t get a receipt without getting charged extra as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I tried to reason with you when I called, you were rude. I told you that It was not me who called you. Someone else called and I guess canceled. I was trying to give you business since you are local but you did not want to.

Tailgate for 2011 work truck for 325. Guys are helpful and professional. Just make sure you like what they're trying to sell you before you leave. Got one without the rubber on top but asked for one with it they replaced it

Seems like they are more worried about themselves than helping the customer. Not my fault others try to get one over on em. We shouldn't fall under a tweekers umbrella. Nor should we be treated as such
