I needed a part for my car,. Within a half hour the part was ready for pick up and at 1/50th the price . For that to happen I know they had someone on the job immediately following my call. Good people followed by great service!
Been dealing with Dull's for 15+ years. Excellent service with reasonable pricing as I allow them to use good used parts to keep costs down. They normally service my vehicles within 1 to 3 days of my call. I choose to drop off my vehicle for the day and not wait. Then pickup near closing time. Jolene always goes over the bill to discuss job done. Estimates are no problem and I find they keep very close to under their estimates. In those years I have had one experience that I wasn't satisfied with a part and they changed it out at no extra labor cost. They are polite, upfront, and do expedient quality workmanship. The technicians are down to earth are easy to talk to and are genuinely interested in listening to you when you try to explain why you need to drop it off for servicing.

Hometown price and service, I wouldn't say that it is conveniently located, however, for a junkyard it's in a pretty decent place. They have a large variety of automobile parts that are slightly used but still an awesome condition! And if you call them on the telephone, they can tell you if they have it before you show up. They also buy junk cars on the spot!

Mananita Lima was my representative, he was very responsive with text and calls, he made the process extremely painless. Put in the request on Friday and excepted the offer on Monday, which was the best offer I got. They had third party company (Copart) pickup vehicle on Tuesday with check in hand. The driver from Copart was also very responsive with pickup time. Great Experience over all!!

Mickey and the whole crew are knowledgeable.They take the time to explain what you're doing on a build, as well as what other parts might work for you. Doesn't beat you on prices and looks for things he doesn't have for you. Repetitive customer for sure.
