I must say I had the most Pleasant experience with this company, They were quick no hassle extremely nice no run around unlike other companies. Purchased items that had to be shipped to me but the quality was terrible and 2 of the items were broken. Terrible service, employee forgot to order an item so i had to go back so they could add it, poor communication between employees, asked for a refund and returned all a items. A week later i only received half of my refund, had to go back and found out the employee “forgot “ to process my return. 2 weeks for a refund.
This is a good place to go get some used car parts. They have most anything you want or need. They're really friendly people so go check them out.

I’ve came here for years with no issue. Was charged for items incorrectly. Showed receipt a couple minutes later. Nobody could fix the issue because I didn’t pay extra for warranty. Not getting a warranty should not make it so you are unable to fix other issues. They changed their business practices. Buyers beware, if you don’t get the warranty they won’t help you with anything.

I recently purchased a battery that is supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. It lasted a few days and I came back to hopefully get a good one and since I lost the receipt even though the battery was freshly marked with a sticker and I showed my bank transaction for the purchase I was told I have to buy a new one. Asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t helpful at all and rude. Usually I’d never make a bad review but i feel like I was treated unfair over a battery that comes with a warranty that only worked for a few days
I was told they had the parts I needed. When I got there I was told parts from a different year would still work. They told me to search the back lot. Couldn't get between the cars to find what I needed. I asked he could pull the part. He said you find the car and I will get it pulled. Felt like he didn't care if he made a sale or not. Never did find what I needed. It a waste of time and half a tank of gas.
