Very helpful staff! They pick up their phones. Good selection. If you are unsure about the price of a part, ASK, before you waste your time pulling it. I went to 3 yards and watched people in line act surprised when they went to pay, leaving the part behind. I will return for more car parts in the future.

I was quoted for $600 for my vehicle. After changing the pick up time more than once, when the driver finally arrived he only offered $350 then $450 after I refused. You will get low-balled. Do not recommend

Beware of this company. They promise you one price and then when the tow truck driver shows up they lowball you. He was quoted $500 on a car with key and title. Tow truck driver offered $140 for the car. So this company will just basically tell you what you want to hear and then hopefully strong-arm you into accepting their lowball offer. I would highly recommend dealing with somebody else.

I asked them to look at my car but michael knuth refused and just said my transmission will last but doesn’t know how long. i bought the car thru them so i expected a little more customer service worried about my transmission slipping. The sign on the front of the building says they close at 5pm. However at 4:40 pm I was not allowed to enter to grab a 2 bolt tail light that would've taken more time to walk to then remove. Spent about ten minutes before walking in finding a 5/16 socket in my truck to save myself from having to carry a heavy tool bucket, instead that 10 minutes cost me a whole other trip to a **different auto yard**. One that hires people with common decency and doesn't falsely advertise their operating hours.

Best offer I got for my Toyota Camry after it was totaled loss in a car accident. Easy process selling junk cars.

Only cause you have to give a star to review. I ordered from here because of the mechanic I was working with. The transmission didn't even work when installed. They sent another one after a ton of mix ups and way more fun(sarcasm) than necessary. I got another mechanic to try and install the second one they sent. When the mechanic tried to install he discovered it was cracked. They then tried to claim the mechanic dropped the transmission. Luckly the mechanic had video recordings of the shop and shared them with me and the guys at I-80. Who then came up with a brilliant(sarcasm) plan to swap out the cases of the transmission. The mechanic didn't specialize in this so after reaching out to mechanics that did I ran into one that had had this same issue with I-80 who made it clear to me to get my money back. I was informed that I-80 refuses to refund when they know they can't provide adequate parts then hope you get frustrated and move on. That shop recommended what he had to do which was initiate a chargeback. I'm doing that now and will take legal action if need be. But this is not a place to get parts. I've been buying used parts for years and have never been swindled like this before. Don't shop here for large crucial car parts.

The worst place to go to pick up a car, only two trucks and the wait is more than 40 minutes and without reducing the time and also the office is empty, if you try to see why they do not notify you to arrest you, they always treat you well evil. I recommend that if you can avoid this place do it
