When I called they said they had an engine with 105k miles. Drove three hours to wait an hour for them to bring out an engine in laughable condition. When I searched the vin number I found the engine had double the miles. Do not recommend at all I buy used engines all of the time and never had such a horrible experience.

The purchase went smooth and easy. Arthur my rep was easy to deal with, made everything clear and concise and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Everything he said would happen happened when it said it would happen.

Troy's Wrecker Service did us right in a time of need. The company and driver were very professional and compassionate about our situation. We broke down Thanksgiving day in Shepherdsville KY 200 miles from home and Troy's wrecker service got us home and did not take advantage of the situation when figuring the price. The price was fair and they came right to us and brought us and our jeep home. This company is top notch and the driver very professional respectful and took care of our vehicle the entire trip. Clean trucks, clean driver and was a good ride home. We can honestly say all experiences in those 2 days made it the best Thanksgiving we have had in a long time. Called Jeff for a spare tire for a rental van which came from Avis without one, 45 minutes later (from my house to Union Auto to home and mounted underneath), I had a spare under the van, no muss, no fuss, no BS. Couldn't have been a better experience! 10/10, would go back to Union Auto without a doubt!

They had my truck for over a month just to fix the brake lines. I called 5 different times in 2 weeks to get the price and they kept beating around the bush and finally told me it would be $450 which I already thought was steep but didn't argue then when I got there to pick it up he raised the priced to $560 and added other unknown charges. When we questioned the amount and said we were quoted $450 he started yelling at the top of his lungs in both my and my husband's face and telling us to get off his property without our vehicle. We ultimately had to pay whatever the "extra charges" was for but I got the whole thing of how he acted on video. This was the worse service I've ever dealt with and I hope no one else gives them any business.

Don’t do business here you may get a response !! or you may not !!!! I’m still waiting !!! Still not got the truck going Had a very bad experience with this company reach out to him on the 31st January told him what I was needing a PCM for my truck I mailed him my old one on February 2 he receive the package within two days so I should’ve got the part back in February didn’t get it until March tried multiple times to get a hold of him to see when I would be receiving my package it was excuse after excuse there testing one same thing for the whole month of February when I received the package I opened it up and there was a bolt that was broke off in the Pcm Computer called him the day I received it he picked up he tried to tell me to try to get it out .I paid $525 for this part. Was out of my truck three months I told him what was going on and he wanted me to just try to fix it myself . Still have not heard anything back from him very unprofessional takes forever to respond so I’m basically stuck with a part that I cannot use because of the bolt being broke off in the Pcm
