Troy's Wrecker Service did us right in a time of need. The company and driver were very professional and compassionate about our situation. We broke down Thanksgiving day in Shepherdsville KY 200 miles from home and Troy's wrecker service got us home and did not take advantage of the situation when figuring the price. The price was fair and they came right to us and brought us and our jeep home. This company is top notch and the driver very professional respectful and took care of our vehicle the entire trip. Clean trucks, clean driver and was a good ride home. We can honestly say all experiences in those 2 days made it the best Thanksgiving we have had in a long time. Beyond grateful to Ron for his help. My MIL's house is being put up for sale, and we needed to get rid of an old clunker on the property. This is favorably the best junkyard used auto parts yard in Louisville. I wouldn’t know, and I would not find the part that I need and left with not only that part, but others. They never cease to amaze me that they have a vehicle that I need or the parts are still left on the vehicle. They’re very courteous and prompt and military gets in for free with a valid ID. prices are reasonable.

Decent people. They sold me a rim which, after removing the tire at the tire shop, was found to be corroded on the inside. They remembered me and promptly gave me a refund and even apologized for it not working out. They get an "A" for customer service.
