This is favorably the best junkyard used auto parts yard in Louisville. I wouldn’t know, and I would not find the part that I need and left with not only that part, but others. They never cease to amaze me that they have a vehicle that I need or the parts are still left on the vehicle. They’re very courteous and prompt and military gets in for free with a valid ID. prices are reasonable.
Thursday my daughter, cobalt had to have a starter, I called the day before and knew there would be an extra $15.00 charge to pull it. No problem. When I go there the girl that I told what i needed said I would have to go into the lot and find the started I neded and then they would pull it. I am 75, hubby has dementia and cancer. So it is all left to me. I explained to her that I was 75 and had a bad back. She went to the manager, Lorin Carter and told her everything and Miss Carter came out to speak with me. After I told her everyting she told me no rroblem. Went and agot an SUV and took me out to the lot. We found what seems to be a good one right away, Will know for sure after this snow goes away..LOL, but Miss Carter was extremely nice and efficient. She went out of her way to help me big time.I want you to know how you have the best person for her position and give her a bonus or a raise for being such a good employee and nice as anyone can be..Bless her heart for all her caring. Had a very great experience at grade A. workers Tiffany and Shanda in building number 8, were very helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and we're all together very professional with their job. Had great attitudes and will definitely be back to scrap here again.
Decent people. They sold me a rim which, after removing the tire at the tire shop, was found to be corroded on the inside. They remembered me and promptly gave me a refund and even apologized for it not working out. They get an "A" for customer service.

Tim is very friendly and helpful. His shop is clean and inviting. He has always took care of all his customers. Ralph is very friendly and helpful he works hard and gets the parts you need in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning and sending people thier way. They definitely make you feel welcome and will help you get the parts you need. I am not sure the guys name who works up front with the long hair but he is very professional and does try his best to get things done and help. He also does a good job keeping things organized.

This is the place to go for auto or truck parts, it was sure worth the trip to deal with a honest person for a change.
Don't waste your time , zero inventory. They tell you yes they have the part when you call then send you on a scavenger hunt with nothing at all . They don't track any parts so they have zero idea what they have on hand but always say yea sure come waste your time wandering around our yard that isn't organized at all
