Complete waste of time dealing with Fenix Parts, I would avoid at all costs. Found the fender I needed online in great condition and correct color. Called them to pick it up in their Pennsburg location, they said it was actually in MA but they will pull it and ship to Pennsburg. I drove 2 hours to Pennsburg only to be giving a completely different color fender in bad condition, paint missing and deep scratches from what looks like shipping. They asked me if I could make it work... and said someone must have switched the fender in MA. I asked for a refund, hopefully they can at least do that correctly. Update 2/21/23, I called and asked where my refund was, and they said the dispatcher must have forgot to start it. I've never dealt with a company this terrible!

What a shame.we just moved here and was looking forward to serving Boyd’s as we definitely had some good business to give them. However the Lack of communication and was told they have vehicles holding a part I needed but it was out back somewhere and they weren’t going to go look for it, turned my head elsewhere. Best of luck aside from my experience I have heard good things.

Very professional. Was able to pick up the car asap and even a little earlier than we planned. Would recommend 100 %. Pays a good dollar versus all the other company's I called.

I called because I had left some personal items in a vehicle after a pretty bad accident, explained to a nice lady named Kara over the phone that I had left to photograph of my grandfather and my brother and my center console and she said that she looked for it get it packed up and if anything try to mail it to me, literally such a sweet lady in some terrible circumstances thank you very much kara I hope you get to see this.

I just survived a terrible car accident and my car was totaled. Besides dealing with my medical issues, disposing of my wrecked vehicle was another ordeal. I’m so happy and relieved I found these guys. They made the process easy, quick and as painless as possible. He was very nice on the phone when I called , came sooner than what I expected to look at the car. Gave me a free quote, a decent price, sign my title , and cash in hand. Then literally came a half n hour when he said he would be coming to get the car. It was so easy. I definitely recommend this place.
