Ill give yall 3 stars cuz usually your nice to me and help me out. But i would recommend better customer service. But if this was any other time id give yall 5 stars but this really just ruined my experience here. Just hope yall arent like this all the time. Cuz i really dont know if ill be coming back after i get what i need. And i really loved this place been coming here since high school and would like to continue just skeptical now.

They have no fixed price. One manager gives one price when you take off the part other manager will give you another price. I have been here a few times and all the time the same story. The last time I tried to buy tires, the first manager gave me $ 30 each, then anoder one gave $35+$5. We are trying to save money going to them, but eventually, we are paying more and getting terrible customer service.

Bought a used rear axle assembly for my Chevy. Very good experience very fair price. I’m actually on my way there today to spend more money on other parts for my second vehicle. Great place to go. A hidden gem in the Berkshires!! Went back two years ago for a mirror and they were rather rude...

I called to ask if they sold scrap to the public for a project that I am working on. They were rude and unhelpful over the phone.

Great business to deal with. Excellent Body Shop!!! We purchased this Subie with low miles, super clean and just a good old fashion sale. We loved the experience so much 14 months later we purchased a this van!!! Again low miles, clean all around and again...SIMPLE! Highly recommend Fusco's for you used parts, body repairs and purchasing of quality used vehicles.

Called at 8am. Was quoted a very fair price for my junker. 9:30am I had the quoted amount in cash in my hand and the Tow driver was pulling away with my car. It was lightning fast, no nonsense, and WAY better than dealing with no shows and tire kickers on craigslist and facebook market place... This is the place to sell your car!
