Ill give yall 3 stars cuz usually your nice to me and help me out. But i would recommend better customer service. But if this was any other time id give yall 5 stars but this really just ruined my experience here. Just hope yall arent like this all the time. Cuz i really dont know if ill be coming back after i get what i need. And i really loved this place been coming here since high school and would like to continue just skeptical now.

They have no fixed price. One manager gives one price when you take off the part other manager will give you another price. I have been here a few times and all the time the same story. The last time I tried to buy tires, the first manager gave me $ 30 each, then anoder one gave $35+$5. We are trying to save money going to them, but eventually, we are paying more and getting terrible customer service.

Bought a used rear axle assembly for my Chevy. Very good experience very fair price. I’m actually on my way there today to spend more money on other parts for my second vehicle. Great place to go. A hidden gem in the Berkshires!! Went back two years ago for a mirror and they were rather rude...

He was very nice on the phone when I called , came sooner than what I expected to look at the car. Gave me a free quote, a decent price, sign my title , and cash in hand. Then literally came a half n hour when he said he would be coming to get the car. It was so easy. I definitely recommend this place.

Great guys. Easy to deal with, very pleasant. Had to make a last minute change of date and time as well as location. They rolled with it very easily. They were able to accommodate my last minute change and they were fast, efficient and fair price. I won't say how much but it was over the $450 minimum they say and that was without having to haggle back and forth. I told them what I had, they told me what they would pay...and that was it. Done deal.
