This place is usually a positive experience, I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately I've run across recent developments that cause some dissatisfaction. I hope maybe the business can think about improvements. Recently here in Jackson and at other pull apart locations I've seen that they place the car on three steel wheels instead of four. This allows the vehicles to tilt a lot easier in the back. It's much more dangerous for the customers. I encourage you pull-a-part to go back to the four wheels. I know you probably did it to save a buck, but it's better if you prioritize customer safety. Hybrid batteries usually always seem to be gone. I think pull a part might be pulling them right away. It doesn't seem fair for regular customers to not get a legit shot at the batteries. I have some suspicion that there is some insider information being given to people by staff of pull a part. For example a 2013 Nissan Titan was placed on the lot 04/06/23. The same day it is already missing the engine and transmission. This possibly creates an unfair advantage to people and takes away fair shots for regular long term customers. It's not just in Jackson, I've seen it at other pull-a-parts as well.

Car was stuck in pearl river WMA. Technician William came to the rescue and was able to pull my car out of the mud. He really knew what he was doing and was very polite. Also got there in a timely manner. Thanks a bunch William!
Great people, great prices! We are always doing business with them and today I had to drive there to Woolmarket Rd from our body shop in Lacombe and they gave me an excellent price for the Corolla door we needed for a customer’s vehicle. Mike was helpful! Thanks guys!
They helped me secure In-house financing on a car that I bought. Best place to buy used vehicles in the whole of Mississippi!
I recently found some 22’s GMC Denali rims and tires pull off’s at this location. Went to get them balanced and making sure they wasn’t warped or having any problems but found that one of the rims was indeed warped so when we found the problem, we ran right back up there to let RUSSELL know what we found. He said he would send them off and get it fixed. Instead of sending them off, as he promised he would, he tells us he broke them down and supposedly found “a big clump of mud in the rim” so we again go to make sure he fixed the problem and still was warped. I will not be doing anymore business with this location. I expected way more but all I got was laziness and him taking the cheap route out. 10 of 10 do not recommend.
The employees are fantastic! For being a scrap yard, they have pride in keeping it clean and being more than fair on pricing! They've become the only yard I'd trust!
Fantastic experience buying an engine. I bought an engine from ok auto, a 2tr-fe from them. They are very reasonable with pricing they have excellent communication and customer service and when I received the engine at my work everyone was blown away at just how well packaged it was. I highly recommend doing business with ok auto.
Have a 1996 Corvette that I inherited from father-in-law and needed some repair parts that were hard to find. Contacted ok Auto parts with a text message and they had reached out to me within 15 minutes of their shop opening. We had a transaction completed and another 10 or 15 minutes. Love the quick response and personal contact. Will definitely be keeping them in mind as project continues.
