Worst experience I ever had at a so called car parts place. The first two salvage yards on Old Gentilly are great. Professional men and they know what's on their yards. Bill's Used Auto Parts Inc. had a young girl with a "Happy Birthday" tiara on her head who didn't know any cars on the yard. She asked for $2 to go find out for myself. I asked one car question afterwards and she told me to go somewhere else. Very uninviting. Horribly trained staff, zero customer service, and obviously a total lack of concern for the business of the community the are located in. This place is a complete joke and a disgrace. A Happy Birthday tiara!!🤣🤣 WOW

Great people, great prices! We are always doing business with them and today I had to drive there to Woolmarket Rd from our body shop in Lacombe and they gave me an excellent price for the Corolla door we needed for a customer’s vehicle. Mike was helpful! Thanks guys!

Could use better service but I want make the good suffer for the bad

ZERO stars. REALLY RUDE attitude. Took me out to view a car. Didn't want to take me back. Cars on website and calling ahead doesn't match what is on the lot. Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Speaking bad about me in their language not knowing I understand what they were saying. More interested in making coffee then customer service. Ladies in the office really polite and nice

Courtney ask questions and got specific information and details about my vehicle to sell to pull-a-part today and she was just the most pleasant person to do business with. She was professional and answered all of my questions with informative responses. I felt 100% secure and confident during the whole process because of her level of professionalism and her outstanding attitude. I don’t ever give reviews unless they are either extremely terrible or extremely outstanding and just all around pleasant. Today I absolutely had to give credit where it was due and be sure to let everyone know, if you have to talk to anyone about selling a vehicle with Pull-a-part in Harvey, Courtney is the best person to get the job done and leave you feeling satisfied with the sale, and at complete ease of mind, knowing there are still people on this earth that take pride in doing the best they can do at there job and treat their customer with total dignity and respect and leave you with a smile and happy vibe. In which head fits that we are going to throw a piece that we need here, whoever sees the comment will know that you have the responsibility, but when I write to you about the Prado auto sales dealer website, that we are not brazen, we will see how they justify their bad work. I do know that the staff is willing to sell parts, the thing is at the time of returning it since it came with water and they tell me that it works that way, I have the messages, that they will try to program it themselves, the company came and could not program it , there is a lack of communication and it turns out that from the first day I received it it came wrapped in water as seen in the photos, for what reason do they not recognize the error and return the money to me and what they do is not show their faces and they hang up the phone on me , now I wait for the way to return it, Thank you. They have sent me a piece in poor condition, full of water and I try to contact you and you hang up the phone and do not want to show your face, I hope that by this means my request works. thanks
