They were very humble. They made a pretty good offer on my car and ofcourse I said yes. They pay you fairly, not like others that offer little to no money. Basically a scam. Hung up on me too after I didn't immediately take there "final offer" immediately of $350. For those caring to read, let me share my experience. These place, like a few other places I call to get a quote for my damaged car, "run the numbers", get you a "guaranteed offer" of a low ball amount and then you have to haggle them. They offered me $250, and than a final offer of $350. I've been offered $400-500 for this car. Background: This car is worth $5000-6000 (see picture from today's autotrader search). It has $1200-1400 of damage depending on if they can do the repairs ($700-800 for parts only), or they want to salvage for parts they could probably get $2000. Beware of places like this, they talk smooth but can't step up to the plate with real offers.
