Very nice workers had positive attitude

We had a vehicle that could no longer be safely driven. Very responsive to requests for information about next steps. WBJC was great at communicating a very reasonable quote and vehicle pickup. I would highly recommend these guys for all your vehicle recycling needs! They were amazingly courteous and professional with their time! Thank you WBJC for helping my family this holiday season.

I was sad letting go of my car as I really didn't want to, but had to do it. These guys are freaking awesome and they speak spanish as well. They made it very easy even without a car title. They were very humble. They made a pretty good offer on my car and ofcourse I said yes. They pay you fairly, not like others that offer little to no money. The money was given to me cash right there and then. I would definitely recommend these guys! I am super satisfied with how easy they made it for me even without a car title in hand. They kept their word and stood in communication with me when it came down to the status of their arrival. Thank you guys! Enjoy my baby 🚘

Basically a scam. Hung up on me too after I didn't immediately take there "final offer" immediately of $350. For those caring to read, let me share my experience. These place, like a few other places I call to get a quote for my damaged car, "run the numbers", get you a "guaranteed offer" of a low ball amount and then you have to haggle them. They offered me $250, and than a final offer of $350. I've been offered $400-500 for this car. Background: This car is worth $5000-6000 (see picture from today's autotrader search). It has $1200-1400 of damage depending on if they can do the repairs ($700-800 for parts only), or they want to salvage for parts they could probably get $2000. Beware of places like this, they talk smooth but can't step up to the plate with real offers.
