Best Junkyards in New York

We have placed on order for a transmission on a 2014 Ford Focus. Dave took in the order, confirmed everything with shipping cost, today we responded to picture that he has sent us, we could not see much as it was rapped and we responded to ship it out as long as it is good and it is the right part, dave later responds and says it is cancelled, when i called to ask why, he said it does not matter and hangs up, i tried calling back multiple times and they just answer and hang up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be buying anything from here again. I have waited a week for nothing. Bad customer service.

I spoke with Steve on the phone. He was professional and respectful. I received a fair offer for my vehicle for its condition and was set up with a driver almost instantly. Mark the driver was quick, friendly, and on-time. He was very clear with the process and offered some advice which was appreciated. Overall great experience. Call them!

They don't give you recet all the time and tell you you have 30 days for return and when you bring your part back you They don't take it they make you pay for anther part which the inchangeble sheets are faulty on some parts

Visit on 6/6/22 Still my favorite scrap yard. Met the new-to-me inside scales guy. Asked about Scott, found he is now supervisor. Good job. Scott found a very capable inside scales operator. He was helpful and courteous. I'll be back.

Very good place to do business with. People are very friendly and the prices are very good this is the only place I bring my scrap to as a staff is very polite and it's easy to unload. Best scrap yard ever been to In My Life honestly very good prices plus the point system gives you bonuses as you earn points it's a win-win situation. Five stars in my book!

DO NOT GO HERE! They waited until I was unloaded and wrote me a check at 6 cents a pound for aluminum. Didn’t say a thing about it while we unloaded and after when I questioned the rude man, he said it was dirty which is absolutely was NOT! Everywhere else is atleast 40 cents a pound! 6 cents? 134 pounds of aluminum I got $8.04! I paid more in gas to bring it to them! Don’t Waste your time!!
