I have been buying parts from ALL IMPORT for many years. It is always pleasant to come here. Leila is just amazing. She is very professional and friendly. All you need to do is to give her a call and she will do her best to make sure you get the right part for your car. leila will always give you a call when the order is ready.

Had my parts was easy to find several cars and makes to choose from . Isabel was able to help me out .

Awesome customer service, Good Price and reliable. This is my first time at this location which to begin they had the better price for the vehicle part I was looking for out of 5 locations I had contacted. Now I was not to knowledgeable on the mechanisms and time it takes to replace the part I had just purchased. However thanks to the personal both in the front and the employees in the back that assisted in pulling the part I am glad to write this review for them and will recommend. *As being my first time there that's the reason I couldn't do 5. Thanks😊

I wouldn’t even give it a star. The person attending the calls tried to charge me more than what their system says and told me if I took out the part MYSELF he can leave it for the price as the system already had. Our customer gave wrong part information and now I can’t return it without getting charge extra and couldn’t get a receipt without getting charged extra as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Started out with fried calamari and it was light and fluffy. Delicious. Entre I had veal Jerusalem my brother had veal Marsalis. Both were authentic and wonderful. Really enjoyed it very much.

Don gave me a fair price on my car. He also worked hard to get it loaded up. My driveway made it difficult to maneuver and load my car but he made it work.

Bad place for a shop to do business with and very dishonest people. They sold me a bad engine that was knocking and bearing material in the oil after only idle time that could have been obvious when they drained the fluids. After returning the bad engine under warranty they returned my core back all damaged because they did not use a chain to pick up the engine with care using the fork lift. My customer needed some parts off the core they damaged to use on a reman. After contacting them about the damages with photos as proof they took no responsibility nor offered to swap parts from the bad engine I returned undamaged. Then they brought up labor warranty after the fact and I had already asked for warranty options fees via email prior to purchase but to only be offered parts warranty because I was not specific about what warranty I was inquiring about. Apparently if you ask "what other warranty for an extra fee they offer" is not clear enough to these people, very bad business period.

I called this place for a price on a Front Differential. I was told $300 over the phone and that the vehicle was at their yard already so all I had to do was pay for it and they would have it within a couple of hours. When paying for it the person who told me $300 was arguing with I assume his boss about him pricing it so low. I left and got a call from them an hour later 3/4pm stating that the part was cracked and the best thing they could do is order it for $700. They stated it would take 2 days. I ordered as I desperately needed the part. He called the next morning saying it was there. I have bought multiple parts from this place that have needed to be ordered and they always have a tag and are wiped clean. This part did not and was extremely greasy as if it was just pulled. I believe they sold me the same part they had in stock already and raised the price. I don’t believe these people are honest or honorable.
