⚠️TERRIBLE AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I simply asked them some questions on the phone about towing my truck. I was told it would take 43 minutes and the shop was only 15 minutes away from where my truck stopped. I was the only truck on the side of the road and the driver drove right pass me. When he came back and gave an estimate he automatically told me he would be charging me for two hours. My father stated that it was a bit high when the shop was only 15 minutes away. When I mentioned we would need to be towed the driver was rude. Slamming doors all because we questioned the price and how long it took. I didn’t say anything but was told he should’ve charged me more to drive back to the office. ❌❌DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE MISTREATED.. They’re absolutely terrible to deal with 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼❌❌❌

Pretty poor place if you ask me, we had to HAND LOAD 3 10 foot beams on the back of our flat bed and this nice man came over to help us with the beams. What I’m going to assume was the manager, came over and told him that he could not help me and my husband lift these beams that were about 60lbs each beam. The older lady wasn’t the nicest, but the younger one was absolutely amazing. If just the younger one was there, I would definitely go back. The amount of disrespect in this place just from that one woman is unreal..

Business was unable to accept my vehicle at the prescribed time and never notified me. Second appt took another week to make. On the day of the 2nd appt, despite leaving a voicemail that I was on my way, they never bothered to inform me that they could not accept the vehicle. The next day they accomplished 1 of the 3 tasks that I asked them to perform and said they couldn't complete the other two because they're equipment couldn't handle my vehicle. Been waiting almost three weeks for an oil change and they couldn't even perform that simple task.

Always in and out. The guy at the front is always cool. The little Hispanic guy that handles copper and other materials is very rude. I would be willing to give more stars but customer service sucks literally bc of him in my experience so far.

Well I bought fenders and doors and gas tanks and quite a few parts from them and I always got very good prices steering columns came complete with everything including airbag

One of my favorite pick your own part junk yards. They always have a fresh selection of a wide range of vehicles, old to new. Yard is massive, but is sectioned off by manufacturer, so it makes it easier to find what you're looking for. Prices are reasonable Been coming here for years, and plan on going there for many more.
