BUYERS BEWARE!! Don’t buy car parts from this place if you want something to work. I was sold a faulty alternator that didn’t work and battery that doesn’t fit. The reason I knew the alternator was faulty is because I had it bench tested at a local autoparts store. Picture is below. They got kids working the front who need serious training on customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager he acted like it was a nuisance to come and take care of the issue. Loved the guys here, I called on a holiday, the lady Betty, answered all my questions and even called me back twice when my phone dropped the call. Refreshing to get treated like a person, down home feel. She was so sweet and had someone at my house within an hour!! The driver Alan was very professional and polite...cant say enough good about my experience, I will definitely use them again and highly recommend that anyone in the market for used parts check them out . It's been a few years since I've been there. Went in there today and they're alot more organized now than I remember. Found the parts I needed for my Cascadia. Nice guys working the front desk and were helpful. I'll definitely keep coming back. Wear boots, especially after it's rained. Can get pretty nasty back there in the mud.
