What was a terrible morning with a broken back trunk on my tow behind smart car the day of an RV trip was saved by Mo and his team at M-Tech. Called. They confirmed they physically had the part - not just guessed - and gave me a very reasonable price. I turned up, got friendly service and the correct part. If every parts broker was like this fixing cars would be easy!
Found them online when I was looking for parts for my 2015 Chrysler 200. I wasn’t having a lot of luck until I came across their page. They had what I was looking for, good prices, good communication, super friendly, able to answer any questions I had. It was a good fit for me as they are located an hour away from where I live, offers shipping, as well as warranty if anything was to go wrong.
My car window was broken into and I headed over here to pick up used glass then take it to another place to install it. I called ahead and showed up the same day and the guy offered to install right there for $50 instead $79 at the other place. I’m usually nervous showing up somewhere for car services, but received extremely friendly service, they saved me some money, and fixed up my car quickly! Highly recommend!
Your first time? The guys that work here are so helpful. Very professional and help in anyway they can to find what your looking for. It is a first come first pick off from the vehicle and lots of parts to look for. Unfortunately the car parts I needed got salvaged so fast they came in the day before and when I came in first thing morning it was down to the frame already. Good luck part hunting. Oh and make sure you bring your own tools to remove parts. Also, admission fee to enter as well.

Even though AH Parts sent me the wrong part, they sent it to me fast and in plenty of bubble wrap. And when I explained it to them; they realized their mistake and offered me a full refund with no obligation to ship it back to them. I came here to buy parts and tires at 3:52 pm and one female employee told me that they are CLOSED when the store hours stated 4 pm. The employees don’t like their job and wanted to go home early. She told me they are closed at 3:30 pm. I been here many times after 3:30 pm. I am very upset at the employees for closing early and lie to me.I wasted gas to drive here from 30 minutes away and to go home empty handed. I wish these employees get fired.

Very BAD customer service and extremely RUDE!!! Spoke with BEN over the phone regarding a few parts that I wanted to purchase and he told me he was not going to pull the parts for me because it was not worth it for him to pull the part!!?? I was also going to purchase a computer module from them, however, after reading the comments about how they change the price from what they originally quote you over the phone, once you get there in person, I decided to just take my business else where. This place used to have friendly staff and great customer service. However, they have definitely changed for the worse. Will never give them my business again.
