Bought a car from them. Very reasonable, had no issues with the process, or the car itself. Went to pick it up the day after purchase, the windshield had acquired a large crack, but it was one of the coldest days of winter, and they immediately made it right and had the windshield replaced at no charge to me. I would go to them again for another vehicle

Vern was very communicative and helpful documenting and sharing even the smallest detail about the parts offered before deciding to buy. The packaging to make the 1,000 plus miles trip to me was superb. No possibility of damage during transport. Great AAA service.
Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I made an online purchase and have not visited the actual location. However, the transaction went smoothly, items were exactly as described and packaged well and shipping was prompt. I dropped off my car for a minor repair. Rode my bike to work. Their sign in the window said they would be open till 5, their website said they would be open till 5, google said the same. I started calling repeatedly at 3:00 and got no answer. Finally I went to pick up my car at 3:40, it was locked, they had my only key and all the lights were off. I missed picking up my daughter from the bus and she got very freaked out by it, and I needed my car for other reasons. I finally had to call the tow number to get an answer and they acted like they didn't care at all about my inconvenience. That was my problem. I wasn't rude with them at all, but I felt very disrespected. Like I just didn't matter to them at all
If I can give them 10 stars I will. This place knows how to run a business and keep a customer. Will definitely be using them again.

Thanks again for the great service! Bed looks great! Clean, no rust, INSTALLED, great price. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We drove 7 hrs. each way. Definitely worth the trip. We will recommend to all looking for a bed.
Could've been higher but the women that work there are just extremely rude. Every man that's ever answered the phone there has been nothing but nice and helpful the women that answer the phones are not. I've been hung up on by them multiple times while asking for parts. Very rude and unprofessional. And since when do salvage yards charge the same as new for some parts? If Novack has it Donawitz has it for cheaper with nicer people.
