I am very happy that NAR an engine I needed for a customer here in Fort Wayne. It was a 3 hour drive but it was worth it. The engine was in great shape with only 83,000 miles on it and it looked as though it had been cleaned up when it was pulled. I truly appreciate that the main wire harness and the pigtails were all intact and in great condition. The engine was loaded into the shop truck by a very nice NAR employee who assisted with getting it secured for the 3 hour trip home. I have never seen a better maintained, clean, organized and professional salvage yard in my life! My only complaint is that I wish they were closer to me! Thanks NAR!

I asked them to look at my car but michael knuth refused and just said my transmission will last but doesn’t know how long. i bought the car thru them so i expected a little more customer service worried about my transmission slipping. They are trying to remove this review!! They have removed it three times so far

Clean yard, friendly helpful staff

Very helpful staff! They pick up their phones. Good selection. If you are unsure about the price of a part, ASK, before you waste your time pulling it. I went to 3 yards and watched people in line act surprised when they went to pay, leaving the part behind. I will return for more car parts in the future.

Went above and beyond what they needed to do and shipped in a timely fashion, and a very fair price. used parts are working great!

Needed a tail light. I had them pull it. They called me when it was ready. Part was in great shape. Thanks! Oh and it was cheaper than an aftermarket or used OEM part online.

Nice people but the delivery area is challenging to maneuver. Very tight. Truck entrance is on the side street from main gate. Must scale upon entry. Truck stop less than 2 miles away.

Tom was great taking my order and helping to explain the issue I was having with my car. I received the part fast and it worked great and got me fixed up. They will be my next call on parts for sure.
