There is a lot to offer at Pick-n-Save. My first time there February 2023 I was surprised with how many parts we’re available. Lots to be recycled.. screws, Bolts, weather stripping! Bring some TOOLS to dismantle parts. Good staff helpful.

Very Helpful, Good Prices, definitely would recommend for inexpensive parts to keep your Vehicle Safe and Dependable.

These folks sold me a battery that had just under 560 CCA when my car needs a battery that requires 800 CCA because of the all power accessories. Took the battery back because they claim to guarantee the batteries for 45 days, which turned into 30 days at the time of purchase, which then became a grumpy ugly old lady telling me she normally doesn't take them back and will be taking a 25% restocking fee. Lol restocking where? Under that junky counter? They have signs in there saying they don't dial 911, they shoot. They will absolutely try to bully you if you try to return something. I take it they shoot because they couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag. A bunch of crooked, shady, nasty podunks. Stay far away from this place.

Worst customer service. They say they will call you back and never will. I used to but all my parts there a couple of years ago and Bob would go out of his way to help. The place has really gone down hill.

We got lost 2x trying to find this place before they closed. Got there a little past the time that they closed by they were waiting for us. We had been in contact with them of course while hunting where they were. Even my GPS had me going back into Buena Vista past 18th Street! When I turned around for the 3rd time my GPS took me right to it. They stayed open long enough to process us through and pay up our money. Thank u so much for that! We were really in a bind and it being right before Christmas I was really depressed. Their kindness help restore my faith in humanity again.

Talk to ty once a week ago. I've been calling ever since. Want to thank the previous reviews and warnings to stay away. Glad I didn't assume and drive (4) hours for nothing. If there that miserable they should get out of the business.

Pull-A-Part

I was in Winston Salem at a nearby hospital while my elderly mother was having surgery. The surgery went well and a good friend of my mom's drove her back to our property in Virginia. They were driving my mom’s paid for 2021 TRD Off Road Toyota 4Runner. I had traded vehicles with my daughter. She owns a BMW e90 328i and I have quite a few restored cars plus a BMW e60 550i. So, browsing an automobile recycling center can pay off well for me. For example I found a piece of dashboard trim for my 1995 Impala SS last Monday locally here in Raleigh. I go to LKQ because that’s my only option. Pull-a-Part in Winston Salem is twice the size, organized and clean. You can even rent a golf car. The prices here were much more reasonable than I’m used to. It’s $2 to enter the yard and LKQ charges $3. I’m on a fixed income so these dollars matter. The staff I dealt with were gregarious unlike what I’m used to dealing with. Vicky and Veronica gave me a hard time for being “that guy” that security had to kick out at closing time. I just lost track of time looking at the retired Crown Vic Interceptors. I’ll definitely take a little side trip here on my next visit to my property in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I may even rent a golf car. Thank you all at Pull-a-Part Winston Salem, North Carolina.
