went to this location and spoke to a wonderful person over the phone and met her in person when I got there by the name of Dana springer she is a wonderful person who helped me and communicated with me throughout the entire process of my purchase. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mrs Dana Springer of the Pull-A-Part Baton Rouge Greenwell Springs location. I came in on a weekend looking for a suv that she had sold 2 hours earlier and my name was placed on a list. Being the great customer service advocate she is, she reached out a week later and I was able to purchase my 2002 Chevy Avalanche. She did a great job of going over the vehicle with me and answering any of my questions and concerns. The process was easy and friendly and paperwork was a breeze. She contacted me a few days later to check on me and see how the vehicle was holding up. Worst experience I ever had at a so called car parts place. The first two salvage yards on Old Gentilly are great. Professional men and they know what's on their yards. Bill's Used Auto Parts Inc. had a young girl with a "Happy Birthday" tiara on her head who didn't know any cars on the yard. She asked for $2 to go find out for myself. I asked one car question afterwards and she told me to go somewhere else. Very uninviting. Horribly trained staff, zero customer service, and obviously a total lack of concern for the business of the community the are located in. This place is a complete joke and a disgrace. A Happy Birthday tiara!!🤣🤣 WOW
Courtney ask questions and got specific information and details about my vehicle to sell to pull-a-part today and she was just the most pleasant person to do business with. She was professional and answered all of my questions with informative responses. I felt 100% secure and confident during the whole process because of her level of professionalism and her outstanding attitude. I don’t ever give reviews unless they are either extremely terrible or extremely outstanding and just all around pleasant. ZERO stars. REALLY RUDE attitude. Took me out to view a car. Didn't want to take me back. Cars on website and calling ahead doesn't match what is on the lot. Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Speaking bad about me in their language not knowing I understand what they were saying. More interested in making coffee then customer service. Ladies in the office really polite and nice
