ZERO stars. REALLY RUDE attitude. Took me out to view a car. Didn't want to take me back. Cars on website and calling ahead doesn't match what is on the lot. Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Speaking bad about me in their language not knowing I understand what they were saying. More interested in making coffee then customer service. Ladies in the office really polite and nice

Worst experience I ever had at a so called car parts place. The first two salvage yards on Old Gentilly are great. Professional men and they know what's on their yards. Bill's Used Auto Parts Inc. had a young girl with a "Happy Birthday" tiara on her head who didn't know any cars on the yard. She asked for $2 to go find out for myself. I asked one car question afterwards and she told me to go somewhere else. Very uninviting. Horribly trained staff, zero customer service, and obviously a total lack of concern for the business of the community the are located in. This place is a complete joke and a disgrace. A Happy Birthday tiara!!🤣🤣 WOW

Car was stuck in pearl river WMA. Technician William came to the rescue and was able to pull my car out of the mud. He really knew what he was doing and was very polite. Also got there in a timely manner. Thanks a bunch William!

Could use better service but I want make the good suffer for the bad

I wanted to price a used transmission for my truck. They came back with a price of 3,500 dollars, if I remember correctly. That blue my mind, no think you.

Great people, great prices! We are always doing business with them and today I had to drive there to Woolmarket Rd from our body shop in Lacombe and they gave me an excellent price for the Corolla door we needed for a customer’s vehicle. Mike was helpful! Thanks guys!
