Found part on line, called said they would send the lot guy out to check it. They said it was there and it would be pulled and ready for me to drive and pick up on Saturday. He told me to ask for Joe. He found nothing in the system, showed it had not been sold. We both looked through the shelves inside and out but could not find it. They sent the lot guy back out to see if it was still on the truck. It was. Waited another hour for him to take it off. They asked me to go out with him since he was having trouble getting it off. I rode out with him. The tundra was under water to the front bumper, he had not started taking it off at all and to top it off the fender had a large dent with the painted flaking and it had rusted. Why couldn't someone have told me the 2 follow up phone calls that it was damaged before driving 4 hours each way. If you would like to send me the grey flare and mudflap off the dented fender it would help offset the expensive waste of our time.

Don’t do business with them drove a hour for rear bumper and it was all scratched up and down it he wanted $100 for it. It wasn’t worth 25. I call them and did say anything about all the damage

Absolute worst customer service, dude picks up the phone and goes “MACKS!”…I asked this dude a question and he answers no and hangs up the phone, like buddy I was about to ask ya another question…Not my fault you are a grown man working at a junk yard bahahaha

Paul, Nick and John always do their best to find me what I need and for a reasonable price. The guys are always friendly and helpful. I have been buying parts from them for the last 6 years or more. They also help me load everything into my truck as well.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I had the pleasure of speaking with Janette. With her wonderful southern twang, she not only spoke with me about their salvaging pricing and policies, but we also spoke at length for the pure fun of it! She is truly an amazing human being. I am very happy with my experience. If a company can keep such a personable, caring, and funny person around, you know they are doing something right.

Just because it's Jack standed with rims, still test it before going beneath because the ground shifts and a lot of times they are not placed properly. Keep in mind the cars that are jacked up are rusting away also.

Very pocket friendly. frequent turnover of vehicles in the yard. you have to act fast on popular cars they get picked apart fast but they know what people are looking for and are always purchasing cars with the customers in mind. I was able to purchase a cheap fixable car from them and fix it with parts from there yard!
