We called Thompson Towing and 30 minutes later they were at my house removing my husband's rusty old Cadillac that had been stored on the back 40 of our property for the past decade. They gave us a fair price, showed up when they said they would, and quickly loaded the car. I highly recommend Thompson Towing.
Wow! All day I have gotten quotes for my old explorer that's been sitting all day lots of low balls, and the online ones had waits of days. I had a number I was happy with and Thompson Towing had absolutely no problem meeting that number and were willing to come immediately! They also answered the phone on like the second or third ring, impressive. Good job all around guys.
Thompson Towing was great. I called in the morning on a weekend, left a message and they got back to me right away. We scheduled for the pick up of my vehicle that same day. Great communication, came at the time he said he would and was very professional. Highly recommend Thompson Towing.

Let’s start by saying this is not the typical junk yard and the staff here is amazing. My adventure started with Britt who was direct and focused with a good personality for controlling the flow of men coming in to buy parts. She was very helpful and is an asset to the company. The rest of the staff also did a great job i just didn’t have the same interaction. The field of cars, trucks, vans, suvs both domestic and foreign models available. I gave them 5 stars because their professional approach and courteous staff. Thank you.
The worst experience at a scrap yard. I don’t take a scrap often. However, after the 35 minute wait because I was a new customer and his regulars came in after I did I became a second class customer. Will make the drive to Saint Augustine or Jacksonville next time.
Amazing experience from beginning to end. They were quick to respond and make arrangements on my time. Extremely friendly and kept in communication consistently and when they sent somebody to pick up my vehicle the quality of service was far more satisfying than I expected. everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly and made me feel like I was in capable hands. They offered me top dollar for my vehicle and arrived on time to pick it up and didn't try to lowball me when they came to pick up. I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know and suggest anyone looking to junk their vehicle to give them a call, definitely worth it and you won't regret it.
